With over a decade of experience, Sridatta has successfully managed end-to-end project lifecycles, from conceptualization and stakeholder engagement to implementation and impact evaluation. Her work focuses on designing innovative, SDG-aligned initiatives, fostering multi-sectoral partnerships, and ensuring timely, outcome-driven delivery. Known for her strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and attention to detail, Sridatta has been instrumental in expanding Parisar Asha’s reach and effectiveness through both government and private collaborations. She combines her academic excellence in Mass Communication and Journalism with a passion for social change, making her a dynamic leader in project-based educational transformation.
